Privacy Policy — Together Homecare Chrome Extensions

This page describes the privacy practices for the internal Chrome extensions built and published by Together Homecare: THC Tool Drawer, THC WellSky Shift Scanner, and THC Text Blaster.
These extensions are built for Together Homecare's own staff to use as part of their jobs. They are not intended for the general public, and installing them requires being a member of the Together Homecare organization.
What information these extensions handle
THC Tool Drawer does not collect or handle any personal information. It reads a list of internal tool names and links from a private Together Homecare spreadsheet, and shows them in a panel. It also reads the address, title, and any text a staff member has selected on the page they are viewing, but only at the moment they click a button to open a linked tool — this is used to carry that page's context into the tool being opened, and goes nowhere else.
THC WellSky Shift Scanner reads shift records that are already visible to a staff member inside WellSky (ClearCare) — including caregiver names, client names, dates, scheduled and actual clock-in/clock-out times, and shift status — and copies them into a private Together Homecare Google Sheet, so the office can reconcile scheduled hours against hours actually worked.
THC Text Blaster sends text messages through a staff member's own Google Voice account to a chosen group of caregivers or clients, one at a time, and records each send — including the phone number and message text — in a private Together Homecare Google Sheet.
How this information is used
All information handled by these extensions is used solely for Together Homecare's internal operations: payroll and scheduling reconciliation, and caregiver/client communication. None of it is used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to running the business.
Where this information is stored
Everything these extensions read or write stays inside Together Homecare's own Google Workspace account — in Google Sheets that Together Homecare owns and controls. Nothing is sent to the developers of these extensions, and nothing is stored on any server outside of Google's infrastructure and Together Homecare's own account.
Who this information is shared with
Together Homecare does not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party. It is accessed only by authorized Together Homecare staff for the purposes described above.
Data retention
Information is retained in Together Homecare's Google Sheets for as long as it is needed for scheduling, payroll, and communication records, consistent with Together Homecare's standard business record-keeping practices.
Security
Access to the underlying spreadsheets is restricted to authorized staff through Together Homecare's Google Workspace account. The WellSky Shift Scanner and Text Blaster extensions operate only within a staff member's own already-authenticated sessions in WellSky and Google Voice; they do not store separate copies of account passwords.
